Because of this instant access, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for purchased eBooks once the order has been completed.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

All eBooks purchased on Nirvana are final sale and non-returnable. Once the digital file is successfully delivered to your library, ownership is transferred and cannot be reversed.

Exceptions (In Case of Technical Issues)

We understand that technical difficulties can occur. Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, such as:

  • You received the wrong eBook (different title than ordered).
  • The downloaded file is corrupted or unreadable, and our support team cannot provide a working replacement.
  • You were charged multiple times for the same purchase due to a system error.
